AETERNIA service

AETERNIA is an online service for personal DNS, routing and connections through the ATLAS application. Available features, countries, device counts and limits depend on the selected plan.

The price, subscription term and DNS query limit are displayed in your account before purchase. Access is activated after payment is confirmed and the plan price is deducted from your balance.

Subscription term and DNS quota

One billing month is 30 days. Renewing for 3, 6 or 12 months adds 90, 180 or 360 days respectively.

Renewal extends the subscription term and preserves your current DNS query usage. The quota renews at the start of the next billing period.

A paid DNS counter reset is a separate action. It does not extend your subscription; its price and effect are displayed before confirmation.

Changing plans

An upgrade starts a new period with a new DNS quota. The recalculation takes into account the percentage of unused paid quota and unused prepaid amounts. Before confirmation, you are shown the amount credited back to your internal balance, the charge and the new limits.

A downgrade takes effect after the paid subscription term ends. Until then, the features of your current plan remain available.

Auto-renewal is enabled separately and requires a sufficient balance. You can disable it in your account.

Using the service

Keep your login key and personal DNS links secure. Your use of devices and features must comply with your plan limits.

Trial access is intended to test the connection. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeated trials and avoid payment is prohibited.

Attacks, spam, fraud, artificial manipulation, illegal activities and reselling access without agreement are prohibited. Access may be restricted for confirmed violations. You can appeal an incorrect restriction through support.

Third-party website availability also depends on their rules and your network. The service does not guarantee access to every website or protection against every threat. This does not remove the obligation to provide the advertised service.

Support and refunds

If the service does not work after purchase, select Support in your account or contact our Telegram support bot. Technical support for the service is not provided by email at contact@aeternia.space. We will help check your settings and restore the connection.

If the service still does not work after attempts to resolve the problem, the payment for the non-working service is refunded in full. Your other statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If you voluntarily cancel, only actual, documented expenses related to providing the service may be deducted, up to a maximum of 10% of the amount paid. There is no automatic 10% deduction or cancellation penalty. If there are no expenses, nothing is deducted.

Include your account ID, payment date and amount, and a description of the situation. Do not send your login key or DNS links. Valid statutory refund requests are fulfilled within 10 calendar days of submission. The time for funds to arrive depends on the bank and payment service; the original payment method is used where technically available.

Referral program

The standard reward is 20% of the invited user’s first confirmed top-up. The total rewards cap under standard terms is 10,000 ₽. Individual terms can be discussed by emailing contact@aeternia.space.

The bonus balance is recorded separately from cash top-ups. It is not a bank account or an electronic wallet. Withdrawals are available from 500 ₽ after rewards are verified and you contact contact@aeternia.space.

Self-referrals, fictitious invitations, multiple accounts, artificial manipulation and fraudulent rewards are prohibited. For confirmed violations, the related payout is withheld and bonuses obtained through those violations are cancelled. You can appeal the decision through support. Refunds to invited users are taken into account when recalculating the corresponding rewards.

Referral program rules may change without prior individual notice by publication on the website. Changes apply to future actions and rewards. Legitimately earned bonuses are not cancelled solely because the rules change.

Acceptance of terms

Payment for the service constitutes acceptance of the published Terms of Service. The text is available on the website and in your account before payment; please read it in advance.

These terms do not limit mandatory statutory rights. Changes do not retroactively worsen terms that have already been paid for. Send questions to contact@aeternia.space.
