About this policy

This policy describes how data is used for registration, DNS connections and routing, payments, support requests and participation in the referral program.

Data we use

The service uses information necessary for the features you choose:

• Account ID, name, email and Telegram or Google identifiers when you sign in through those services; linked sign-in methods and session information.
• Devices, selected countries, domain lists, plan, balance, subscription terms and DNS counters.
• Connection IP addresses, timestamps, requested domain names, DNS response types and results, and technical information about connections and security.
• Payment amounts, dates, statuses and identifiers, and information for receipts, refunds and referral rewards.
• Messages and files sent to support, and ATLAS diagnostic reports submitted voluntarily by the user.

Why we use data

To create and protect accounts, provide and configure the service, track quotas and payments, process refunds, respond to support requests and prevent abuse.

Processing necessary for the contract and compliance with legal requirements is carried out on the corresponding lawful grounds. If a separate purpose requires consent, it is requested separately. Acknowledging that you have read this policy does not replace such consent.

DNS and routing

DoH and DoT encrypt DNS queries in transit. The service still receives domain names needed to process queries. Technical logs may link queries and connections to an account.

Normal HTTPS traffic through the proxy does not involve decrypting page content. Do not send passwords, payment secrets or account keys to support.

Trial account IP correlations are kept for 7 days to identify repeated trials. A shared IP alone does not establish a link between accounts. Individual access restriction decisions may be retained until reviewed.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies and local storage are used for sign-in, settings, registration protection and tracking referral visits.

Yandex Metrica collects technical information about visits, navigation and actions. Webvisor is disabled. You can restrict cookies and third-party analytics through your browser; disabling essential cookies may prevent account sign-in.

Data sharing

Data is shared only to the extent necessary for the selected feature: with infrastructure and DNS providers, payment and receipt services, and Telegram or Google when the corresponding sign-in method is used.

Infrastructure and connection points are located in different countries. Using infrastructure abroad may involve cross-border data transfers. Such transfers must comply with applicable legal requirements.

When you voluntarily contact the AI support assistant, your message and the context indicated alongside it are sent to OpenAI; a notice is displayed in the interface. Data is not sold to advertisers.

Retention and deletion

Account data and settings are retained for as long as they are needed to provide the service. Technical logs are used for limited periods for accounting, diagnostics and security.

Trial connection IP observations are kept for 7 days. Under the default settings, ATLAS diagnostic reports are kept for up to 30 days and are also deleted when the account is deleted. AI support conversations are kept for 7 days; messages forwarded to a regular support ticket are retained as part of that ticket.

After an account is deleted, information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Payment, receipt and other information may be retained longer if required by law or to protect lawful claims.

Your rights and requests

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Contact: contact@aeternia.space.

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify access to it. Provide your account ID, but do not send your login key. Deleting data or withdrawing consent may make features that require that data unavailable.

The current policy is available on the website. Acknowledgement of the policy is recorded separately from acceptance of the Terms of Service and does not replace any required separate consent.
